Blewett Product Systems LLC ("BPS," "we," "us," or "our") provides the BPS mobile applications listed on the BPS App Support page. This policy explains how those applications handle information.
Information stored by the apps
The apps are designed primarily for private, single-device recordkeeping. The records, notes, settings, dates, photos, and other content you enter are stored in the app's local storage on your device. The apps do not require a BPS customer account and do not provide a BPS-hosted backend, cloud synchronization, or live collaboration.
Your record content can leave the app when you deliberately use an available export, share, backup, or report action. You choose the destination. Copies handled by your operating system, device backup provider, email provider, file provider, or another app are governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.
Advertising and consent
The free edition of each app may use Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your device, platform, region, consent choices, and Google's configuration, Google and its advertising technology may process information such as IP address or coarse location, device or other identifiers, product interaction, advertising data, crash data, and performance data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and app functionality.
Where required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage applicable advertising privacy choices before requesting ads. BPS does not intentionally send the content of the records you create in an app to Google Mobile Ads.
Storing user-created records locally does not mean that the app, operating system, app store, advertising SDK, or consent SDK collects no data or performs no tracking. Data handling depends on the released app, platform, region, permissions, consent choices, and third-party configuration.

Purchases
An app may offer an optional one-time lifetime purchase, configured as a non-consumable product, that is intended to remove banner and full-screen advertising from that app. The platform store processes the purchase: Apple through the App Store on iOS or Google through Google Play on Android. BPS does not receive your complete payment-card information. The app and platform store provide the transaction and entitlement information needed to complete or restore an eligible purchase.
Purchase availability, price, configuration, and successful purchase or restoration depend on the particular app, platform, territory, store account, and released build. The lifetime upgrade is not a subscription.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain on your device until you delete them through an available app action or the operating system removes the app's data. Deleting an app normally removes its local application data, subject to operating-system backups and copies you exported or shared elsewhere.
Advertising, diagnostics, consent, and store transaction information retained by Google, Apple, or another platform provider is governed by that provider's policies and retention practices. You may also use device, operating-system, and available in-app privacy controls to manage applicable permissions and advertising choices.
Children's privacy
The apps are general-audience utilities and are not directed to children under 13. BPS does not knowingly use the apps to solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to BPS, contact us so we can evaluate the request.
Security
BPS uses reasonable measures intended to protect the app software and the information it handles. No device, software, transmission method, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and exported copies of your records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the apps, third-party services, law, or our practices. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect where required.
