SaaS / Product Development

Build a product around a problem worth solving.

I help turn a useful software idea into a defined product: who it serves, what the first version does, and how it can be operated and maintained. This includes reusable software, internal platforms, and subscription-capable systems.

Tell me what you need

Define a first release people can actually use.

Start with the customer’s problem and the smallest complete journey that addresses it. I separate what must work now from ideas that can wait, then develop and test a private draft against the agreed requirements. Product-specific work receives its own scope and quote.

Plan beyond the first screen.

Accounts, access rules, durable records, payments where needed, error handling, recovery, and operating costs are part of a usable product. Specialist services can remain responsible for the jobs they already do well. Subscription billing does not by itself make a product ready to run.

Reusable foundations, specific product judgment.

BPS’s Website Factory and Client Portal are internal platforms developed to make repeatable work more reliable. They provide evidence of platform and workflow development, while customer-specific design and unusual business logic remain part of each project.

Ownership and an honest stage of development.

Your delivered source, account setup, and operating guidance should make the system understandable to another qualified developer. LIERNE remains private engineering work in development; its public description is deliberately limited. Review the current project descriptions. I do not present every BPS product initiative as a mature public SaaS service.

Websites & Digital Platforms

From one clear page to a connected business website. Add editing, payments, booking, or owner tools only when they help.

Business Automation

Reduce repeated administration with clear workflows, practical software connections, and human approval where it matters.

Applications

Focused web applications, internal tools, and mobile-friendly software for work people need to do repeatedly.
