Professional websites

Custom websites built around your small business.

I create distinctive, client-owned websites that help people trust the business, understand the offer, and take the right next step.

The website, planned around the job.

The agreed website scope includes custom presentation, responsive layouts, navigation and a customer contact path, technical SEO setup, deployment checks and a documented handoff. Page count, content volume and additional workflows are settled in the proposal.

I use shared, validated foundations for recurring website functions, then do the project-specific design, agreed content work and implementation. Your project still needs professional work, testing and your approval.

Website projects start at $4,500 for BPS work before an approved credit. Estimate project cost; the proposal fixes the scope and exact price.

For example, a contractor may need services and a quote request; a shop may need a product display and a link to its existing checkout; a consultant may need clear expertise and a booking request. These are illustrative scopes, not customer case studies or fixed packages.

Choose the features you will use.

Optional private website editor

Update approved business information, services, photos, hours and FAQs without editing code. Access roles, drafts, review/publish options and revision history keep content changes within the agreed structure. This is content editing, not drag-and-drop redesign; CMS and durable storage are configured for the selected scope.

Optional owner web app

With the selected editor, a customer-branded owner app can provide phone-friendly access. It installs from your website, not the App Store or Google Play. Selected content drafts can be saved offline; sign-in, payments, inquiry handling and publishing need a connection.

Selected provider connections

Collect inquiries or quote requests; link to your booking provider or supported storefront; use selected hosted payment flows. Provider accounts, plans and permissions are reviewed separately. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment, and a storefront link is not inventory synchronization.

Technical SEO is part of the build.

I prepare accurate titles and descriptions, useful headings and links, a sitemap, canonical URLs and appropriate structured business information. Responsive layout and performance checks support the agreed site. Google and Bing setup and submission require access to your accounts; search engines decide whether and where pages appear.

Later search data may justify separately quoted content or technical improvements. There is no automatic SEO subscription or ranking guarantee. Corrections covered by the original project remain part of that project.

Content, creative work and email: agree what is needed.

You provide or approve the facts about your business and the wording you want to keep. Within the agreed content scope, you choose whether I lightly edit your text, use it exactly as supplied, or draft missing copy from your facts for your review. You approve the final facts and wording before launch.

Additional copywriting, research or pages beyond the agreed content scope are reviewed and quoted separately. Policy drafting is included only when specifically agreed. You also provide rights-cleared brand assets or approve separately scoped creative work. Optional logo and website-visual services are priced separately in the estimator.

Your project schedule is agreed during scope review. Timing depends on project complexity and the availability of required content, assets, access and customer approvals.

Optional business email setup

Eligible website builds can include Google Workspace email-only setup at a $0 BPS setup charge. You pay Google directly and approve the selected plan. This covers the agreed mailbox and reasonable aliases, domain/email authentication, website routing, send/receive checks and handoff. Mailbox migration and general Workspace administration are separate. Inbox placement cannot be guaranteed.

Your website, with a usable handoff.

Your domain and selected provider accounts stay under your control, with provider bills paid directly. The agreed handoff includes project source, approved content and assets, account and deployment information, and operating guidance for you or another qualified developer.

The handoff is designed so another qualified developer can take over your website if you choose to move away from BPS.

Source delivery is subject to the agreement and applicable licenses. It does not transfer ownership of BPS Factory technology or third-party software. The selected hosting and services remain dependencies; moving to another host may need development work.

HTTPS and certificate configuration are part of deployment. Selected CMS, payments or inquiry storage need their own configured infrastructure; current generated systems use Cloudflare Workers with D1/R2 where required. A simple site can need less. See ownership, maintenance and correction terms.

Work out the right starting scope.

You do not need to choose the technology first.
