Connected Systems & Integrations

Keep the systems that already work.

I build the customer experience around the software your business relies on. Payments, booking, ecommerce, fulfillment, and specialist industry services can keep doing their jobs without forcing your customers through a disconnected experience.

Tell me what you need

Sometimes a clear link is the right connection.

A Shop, Book, Apply, Pay, or Manage account button can take customers straight to the service that owns that task. This often keeps costs and maintenance lower. Shopify storefront and checkout links, external booking, and industry-platform links are supported approaches.

Bring supported information into the experience.

Where a provider permits it, an approved embed or connection can show useful information on your site. Going further and performing an action through a provider’s API requires a supported, separately reviewed connection. I verify the provider, plan, permissions, and limitations before promising that behavior.

One reliable home for each record.

Stripe remains authoritative for its payments, a booking service for its reservations, and a commerce platform for its inventory. Your website editor manages approved website content. I avoid creating a second editable version of operational records unless there is an explicit, tested synchronization plan.

Your industry software belongs in the conversation.

Use Other in the project planner and tell me the service name, its public website, and what you use it for. Farm software, customer portals, accounting tools, fulfillment services, and unfamiliar providers can all be reviewed. Not knowing the technical details does not prevent you from starting.

Connect carefully and test the whole path.

You retain the provider account and pay it directly. I use appropriate delegated access, configure only the agreed connection, test failures as well as success, and document the handoff. No universal compatibility, live inventory synchronization, or real-time booking is implied by a simple link.
