Project estimate

Small business website pricing and estimates.

Choose a website scope, the capabilities needed for launch, and likely third-party services. The result keeps BPS work, subscriptions, transaction fees, and usage costs separate.

This is optional price research. You can Start a project without completing it. These selections stay in this browser tab; they do not transfer into a project request.

What the project price covers.

Website projects start at $4,500 for BPS work. Scope determines the normal price; the calculator gives a preliminary range, not a quote. Design, responsive structure, technical SEO and the agreed handoff form the baseline. Editing, creative work and additional workflows depend on your selections and proposal.

You provide or approve the facts about your business and the wording you want to keep. Within the agreed content scope, you choose whether I lightly edit your text, use it exactly as supplied, or draft missing copy from your facts for your review. You approve the final facts and wording before launch.

Additional copywriting, research or pages beyond the agreed content scope are reviewed and quoted separately. Policy drafting is included only when specifically agreed.

Your project schedule is agreed during scope review. Timing depends on project complexity and the availability of required content, assets, access and customer approvals.

First Five Client Credit — $2,000 off a qualifying website project. Normal pricing is determined by scope. Qualification and availability are confirmed in the proposal; submitting an estimate does not reserve a place. The credit is not automatically applied or combined with other discounts.

For a qualifying website, website work must meet the $4,500 minimum before credit; creative services and direct provider costs are separate. Any courtesy discount is a separate owner-approved decision.

20% deposit, then the remaining balance after customer approval and before launch. The deposit is calculated on the accepted BPS project charges after an approved credit, including selected BPS creative work, and excludes third-party bills paid directly.

Provider subscriptions, transaction and usage fees continue under their own terms. There is no mandatory BPS management subscription. One consolidated revision applies where included in the proposal; the 30-day post-launch window corrects defects against agreed scope. New requests and later changes are separate work.

3. Optional creative services

If you already have professional assets, I'll use them. If you do not, I can create what the website needs.

Creative-service prices come from the same current pricing record used by the project workflow.

4. Likely third-party services

Choose only known services. “Not sure” leaves the provider cost unpriced for my review.

This calculator does not submit your choices or service notes. Share them in the project intake when you are ready.

What this calculator does not price

Marketplaces, regulated records, custom financial or medical workflows, custom scheduling engines, complex ERP/CRM work, and other high-liability architecture require a separate review before a range can be offered.

Optional email setup, with provider costs separate.

Optional Google Workspace domain email setup has a $0 BPS setup charge when included in an eligible website build. You pay Google’s subscription directly. I can verify the domain, set up a primary mailbox and reasonable aliases, configure email authentication, connect website contact and notification addresses, test sending and receiving, and provide handoff guidance.

This is email setup only. Mailbox migration, general Workspace administration, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, and device management are outside this service. Keep your existing suitable business email if it works. Authentication and deliverability testing cannot guarantee inbox placement.

What the email setup checks include

Domain verification, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, contact and notification routing where appropriate, send/receive tests, authentication checks, and handoff. Google’s plan price and any extra work are confirmed before setup.

Planning software beyond a website?

This calculator estimates website work. Business automation, applications, product development, unusual integrations, and content migration can require a separate review. Describe the business need; I will confirm the work and price before you commit.

What is included in a website estimate?

What does the BPS work amount cover?

The calculator estimates the selected website scope. The minimum for BPS work is $4,500. Creative options and third-party provider costs are shown separately; the final proposal sets the agreed scope and exact project price.

Is SEO included?

Yes. The website build includes the initial SEO setup: page titles and descriptions, clear site structure, a sitemap, and checks that search engines can reach the right pages. Google and Bing submission is included with access to your accounts. See the included setup and optional follow-up work, which is quoted separately when useful.

How does the First Five Client Credit work?

First Five Client Credit — $2,000 off a qualifying website project. Normal pricing is determined by scope, with this promotional credit applied against the approved project price. 0 of 5 claimed. It is not a universal project price. Any courtesy discount requires separate owner approval; discounts are not automatically combined.

When do payments happen?

For a paid project, the deposit is 20% of the agreed price. The remaining 80% is due after you approve the finished website, before launch. Follow the project stages.

What costs continue after launch?

Your domain, hosting, email, and any selected booking, commerce, or other services may have their own charges. Provider fees depend on the services and plans the project needs. Explore the available website capabilities.
